The College will foster a more rigorous and challenging academic community characterized by exemplary student achievement, undergraduate research, and faculty scholarship.

1. Teaching and Scholarship

a. Reduce teaching loads to twenty-one semester hours per year.

b. Add new faculty positions in critical areas.

c. Identify resources for faculty scholarship and undergraduate research.
