The Undergraduate Interfraternity Institute (UIFI)is a summer leadership institute developed by the North-American Interfraternity Conference (NIC) where Greek men and women from all over the United States and Canada live and learn together.

Futures Quest is the ideal leadership experience for
Delta Tau Delta's newest, overachieving members.
The focus of the weekend is identifying personal
strengths and limitations, developing leadership and
communication skills, exploring personal values and
strength of conviction, and making a commitment to
fraternal ideals.

THE LEADERSHIP ACADEMY

The Leadership Academy is the premier leadership experience in the Fraternity. Each year, the Leadership Academy is where some of the best and brightest undergraduate students in Delta Tau Delta come together to live, learn, and experience leadership in a fellowship of brotherhood.
