Philanthropy

The Phi Mu Creed begins and ends with the benevolent concept of selfless service to others: "To lend to those less fortunate a helping hand," it begins; and it comes full circle to call again in its closing lines for a commitment  "To minister to the needy and unfortunate." Phi Mu's have worked thousands of hours and raised hundreds of thousands of dollars to heed the admonitions of their creed. The philanthropic objectives of Phi Mu Fraternity concerns health care and education, with particular emphasis on health issues specific to women and/or children.  Phi Mu's national philanthropy is Children's Miracle network (CMN), which supports over 130 specialized hospitals for children.
